Harold Parker State Forest Lorraine Campground; Andover, MA

Loraine Campground is a small campground located in Harold Parker State Forest (www.mass.gov/locations/harold-parker-state-forest), just outside of Andover, MA. It is conveniently located near Merrimack College. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. If you are bringing a pet along, be sure to have your rabies vaccination records ready, as it is a requirement for entry.

While the campground is small, the sites are large and well maintained. There are some sites with electricity and water, but most sites do not include electrical service.

Amenities include volleyball, basketball, horseshoe pits, playground, and nature center. There appears to be a beach area for swimming on the small lake, but swimming was closed for our stay.
